الإحصاء الفلسطيني يصدر تقريراً إحصائياً حول رخص الأبنية للربع الأول، 2011
ارتفاع في عدد الرخص على مستوى الأراضي الفلسطينية مقارنة بالربعين السابق والمناظر 2010
بلغ عدد رخص الأبنـية الصادرة للمباني السكنيـة وغير السكنيـة 2,092 رخصة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2011، منها 1,177 رخصة أبنية جديدة.
سجل عدد الرخص الصادرة في الأراضي الفلسطينية في الربع الأول من العام 2011 ارتفاعا بنسبة 35.5% مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام 2010, فيما سجل ارتفاعا بنسبة 34.6% مقارنة بالربع الرابع من العام 2010.
بلغ مجموع مساحة الأبنية المرخصة (سكني وغير سكني) 915.4 ألف متر مربع، منها 698.0 ألف متر مربع مساحات أبنية جديدة و 217.4ألف متر مربع مساحات أبنية قائمة.
كما بلغ عدد الوحدات السكنية المرخصة 3,828 وحدة سكنيـة مساحاتها 693.0 ألف متر مربع، منها 2,746 وحدة جديدة مساحتها 499.7 ألف متر مربع، و1,082 وحدة قائمة مجموع مساحاتها 193.3 ألف متر مربع.
وقد سجل عدد الوحدات السكنية الجديدة ارتفاعا بنسبة 77.5% خلال الربع الأول 2011 مقارنة بذات الربع من العام 2010، وسجل ارتفاعا بنسبة 24.3% خلال الربع الأول 2011 لدى مقارنته بالربع الرابع من العام 2010.

Building Licenses in the Palestinian Territory First Quarter, 2011
Increase of the building licenses in the Palestinian Territory compared with previous quarter and corresponding quarter of 2010
The number of building licenses issued in the First quarter 2011 totaled 2,092.
There was an increase by 35.5% in the total number of issued buildings licenses for the first quarter of 2011 compared with the first quarter of 2010. In addition, there was an increase by 34.6% in the total number of issued buildings licenses for the first quarter of 2011 compared with the fourth quarter of 2010.
The total area of licensed buildings (residential & non residential) amounted to 915.4 thousand m2 of which the total areas of new buildings amounted to 698.0 thousand m2 and the total areas of existing buildings amounted to 217.4 thousand m2..
The total number of licensed dwellings amounted to 3,828 of which 2,746 new units with a total area of 499.7 thousand m2 and 1,082 existing dwellings with a total area of 193.3 thousand m2.
The number of new dwellings in the first quarter 2011 increased by 77.5% compared with the same quarter of 2010. There was also an increase by 24.3% in the number of new dwellings in the first quarter of 2011 in comparison with the fourth quarter of 2010.
