23 يوليو غلق باب التقديم لمسابقة خطط الأعمال العربية السابعة المؤهلة لمسابقة الريادية "تحدي إنتل العالمي" بأميركا
- 13 دول تشارك في المسابقة حتى الآن: مصر، الإمارات، السعودية، قطر، البحرين، اليمن، لبنان، الأردن، فلسطين، سوريا، تونس، الجزائر، وفريق عربي من إيطاليا .. قدمت 109 مشروعات
أعلنت الدكتورة غادة محمد عامر، نائب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي بالمؤسسة العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، أن يوم 23 يوليو 2011، سيتم غلق باب التقديم للدورة السابعة لمسابقة خطط الأعمال العربية، التي تنظمها المؤسسة العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بالتعاون مع شركة إنتل العالمية Intel، لنشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال والعمل الحر بين الشباب العربي في مختلف الدول، ولتقديم الدعم الفني والتدريبي وكذلك المالي للشباب العربي، من الذكور والإناث، الذي لديهم أفكار ابتكارية خلاقة، وذات جدوى للتحول إلى أرض الواقع، في صورة شركات ناشئة وواعدة، تخلق فرص عمل، وتقدم حلول تكنولوجية، لتطوير المنتجات الموجود في السوق، أو توفير منتجات جديدة للسوق، بأسعار تنافسية وجودة عالية. ويمكن للشباب العربي التسجيل في المسابقة على الموقع الإلكتروني: http://www.tbpc-astf.net. مشيرة إلى أن عدد الدول العربية التي شاركت حتى الآن في التسجيل بلغ 13 دولة، ومنها 12 دول عربية ودولة أوروبية، هي: مصر، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، السعودية، قطر، البحرين، اليمن، لبنان، الأردن، فلسطين، سوريا، تونس، الجزائر، وفريق عربي من إيطاليا. قدمت 109 مشروعات. ودعت بقية الدول العربية للمشاركة في المسابقة قبل غلق باب التقديم في 23 يوليو. يذكر أن بدء التقديم للمسابقة كان مع بداية يونيو 2011.
تحفيز الشباب إلى إيجاد ابتكارات تقنية للمستقبل
في سياق متصل، أكد المهندس خالد عدس، مدير المبادرات الاستراتيجية والشؤون التربوية والاجتماعية بشركة انتل العالمية Intel: "نعتقد في شركة إنتل أن بث روح الإبداع في الشباب هو عنصر أساسي من عناصر النجاح والتطور الاقتصادي للدول. كما أن تطوير نظام التعليم العالي بحيث يوفر البيئة اللازمة لتمكين الطلاب بالمهارات اللازمة هو الضامن ليتمكنوا في حل المشكلات التي تواجهها مجتمعاتهم في المستقبل. من خلال رعايتنا لمسابقة خطط الأعمال العربية للعام السابع على التوالي، نسعى إلى تحفيز الشباب إلى إيجاد ابتكارات تقنية للمستقبل. وسيتمكن الفائزون الثلاثة الأوائل بالمسابقة من المشاركة في المسابقة العالمية في الولايات المتحدة والتي تعد مسابقة فريدة لدعم المبتكرين الشباب من خلال تقدير أفكارهم ومشاريعهم التي من شأنها أن تتحول إلى شركات لها وقع إيجابي على مجتمعاتهم".
ننتظر مشاركة قوية وواسعة من رائدات الأعمال العربيات
هذا، ودعت الدكتورة غادة محمد عامر، نائب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي بالمؤسسة العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا، الشباب العربي للمشاركة في المسابقة، وخاصة رائدات الأعمال العربيات، للتأكيد علي أن المرأة العربية قادرة على المساهمة في جهود التنمية الاقتصادية، وخوض مضمار العمل الحر، وأن الأفكار الابتكارية الخلاقة، وتأسيس الشركات الناشئة، ليس قاصرا على الشباب فقط، بل ويمكن لرائدات الأعمال العربيات المشاركة في هذه الجهود، خاصة وأن المجال في كل الدول العربية أصبح محفزا ومهيئا لتشارك رائدات الأعمال، جنبا إلى جنب، في الجهود الرامية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمعات العربية من المحيط الأطلسي غربا للخليج العربي شرقا. موضحة أن التدريب الإلكتروني E-Training، بالإضافة إلى ورش التدريب التي ستنظم في كل من البحرين ومصر، للمتنافسين، الذين سيجتازون المرحلة الأولى من التصفيات في مسابقة خطط الأعمال العربية، سيساهم في صقل مواهب وإمكانيات المشاركين، لإنجاز خطة أعمال احترافية، وذات صلة مباشرة باحتياجات السوق. مشددة على أن ورش التدريب للمشاركين ستقدم خبرات ومهارات متوازية مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية في هذا الميدان، لتطوير مهارات رواد ورائدات الأعمال وتمكينهم، للمساهمة في جهود التنمية واقتصاد المعرفة، فالشركات الناشئة الصغيرة والمتوسطة، تعد قاطرة التنمية، ولكنها في حاجة لمزيد من الدعم لتقوى على المنافسة في السوق. موضحة أنه من بين الجهات الداعمة للمسابقة منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية UINDO. وأن جميع المتنافسين سيحصلون، وفق قواعد الشفافية والموضوعية على فرص متساوية أمام لجنة التحكيم المشكلة من خبراء واستشاريين عرب.
أشارت إلى أن هناك الكثير من شباب وشابات رواد الأعمال المتعطشين والباحثين عن داعم وممول. وهذه المسابقة أشبه بالجسر الذي يربط بين شباب الأعمال من ناحية، والجهات الداعمة فنيا وتمويليا، خاصة وأن الفائزين في المسابقة سيشاركون في ملتقى الاستثمار الذي تنظمه المؤسسة سنويا ويجمع ممثلي شركات وصناديق رأس المال الجرئ والمبادر، بالإضافة إلى مشاركتهم في المسابقة العالمية للريادية لتحدي إنتل يوسي بيركيلي، فضلا عن جوائز مالية قيمتها 10 آلاف دولار للفائز الأول، و6 آلاف للثاني، و4 آلاف دولار للمركز الثالث. مشددا على حق الشباب في الانخراط في مجال العمل الحر وإمتلاك مشاريعهم الريادية الخاصة، بعد أن يتم صقلها بقدر مقبول من الخبرات والمهارات.

This competition is organized by Arab Science and Technology Foundation (ASTF) in cooperation with Intel Corporation. The Arab Business Plan Competition (TBPC) aims to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment among the Arab youth in different countries, and to provide technical support and training as well as financial for Arab youth, male and female, who have innovative and creative ideas, and feasible for the transition to the ground, in the form of start-up companies and promising, creating jobs and providing technological solutions, to develop products in the market, or provide new products to market, with a competitive prices and high quality. Dr. Ghada Mohamed Amer, said that "Number of Arab countries that participated in the registry so far reached 13 countries, including 12 Arab countries and a European country, namely: Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, Algeria, and an Arabian team from Italy. Create technology breakthroughs that will drive future innovation
For its part, Eng. Khaled Adas, Corporate Affairs manager Intel Corporation, said that "At Intel, we believe that innovation is critical for economic growth. This is our 7th year in funding the Arab Technology Business Plan Competition in the Arab region to help create technology breakthroughs that will drive future innovation. The top 3 winners of this year competition will have the opportunity to travel to USA and compete at the Intel Global Challenge, a business plan competition that encourages emerging entrepreneurs and rewards ideas that have potential to become a new business and have a positive impact on society".
Wait a wide and strong participation of the Arab women entrepreneurs
In the context, Dr. Ghada Mohamed Amer, Deputy CEO of Arab Science and Technology Foundation (ASTF) called "Arab women entrepreneurs to participate in the competition, to confirm that the Arab women are able to contribute to enhance the economic development efforts, and engage in the field of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovative ideas, emerging and start-up companies, not limited to males only, and may even Arab women entrepreneurs to participate in these efforts". She pointed out that "the E-training, in addition to training workshops to be held in Bahrain and Egypt, will contribute with the talents and the participants to complete the professional business plan, and directly relevant to the needs of the market". The training workshops will give an experience and skills in parallel with the best international practices, to develop the skills of Arab entrepreneurs and enable them to enhance the development efforts and the knowledge economy. Among the supporters unites of the TBPC is the United Nations Industrial Development UINDO". She stressed that "all competitors will, according to the rules of transparency and objectivity to equal opportunities because the jury composed of Arab experts".
She added: "This competition is like bridge, which links entrepreneurs on the one hand, and the technical and financial support unites. Winners of the TBPC will participate in the Investing in technology Forum, organized by the Arab Science and Technology Foundation (ASTF), annually brings together representatives of companies and Joint Venture Capital Companies and Angel Capital Funds, in addition to their participation in the international competition of Entrepreneurship in USA named "Intel Global Challenge", as well as cash prizes worth 10000 US dollars for the first winner, and 6000 dollars for the second, and 4000 dollars to third team winner.
