الإحصاء الفلسطيني يعلن نتائج مسح إحصاءات رخص الأبنية للربع الثاني، 2011
ارتفاع في عدد الرخص على مستوى الأراضي الفلسطينية مقارنةً بالربع المناظر 2010، وانخفاضاً طفيفاً مقارنةً بالربع السابق:
بلغ عدد رخص الأبنـية الصادرة للمباني السكنيـة وغير السكنيـة 2,015 رخصة خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2011، منها 1,154 رخصة أبنية جديدة.
سجل عدد الرخص الصادرة في الأراضي الفلسطينية في الربع الثاني من العام 2011 ارتفاعا بنسبة 14.7% مقارنة بالربع الثاني من العام 2010, فيما سجل انخفاضاً بنسبة 3.7% مقارنة بالربع الأول من العام 2011.
بلغ مجموع مساحة الأبنية المرخصة (سكني وغير سكني) 867.3 ألف متر مربع، منها 716.4 ألف متر مربع مساحات أبنية جديدة و150.9 ألف متر مربع مساحات أبنية قائمة.
كما بلغ عدد الوحدات السكنية المرخصة 3,718 وحدة سكنيـة مساحاتها 653.7 ألف متر مربع، منها 2,972 وحدة جديدة مساحتها 525.7 ألف متر مربع، و746 وحدة قائمة مجموع مساحاتها 128.0 ألف متر مربع.
وقد سجل عدد الوحدات السكنية الجديدة ارتفاعا بنسبة 48.2% خلال الربع الثاني 2011 مقارنة بذات الربع من العام 2010، وسجل ارتفاعا بنسبة 8.2% خلال الربع الثاني 2011 لدى مقارنته بالربع الأول من العام 2011.

Building Licenses in the Palestinian Territory, Second Quarter 2011
Increase in number of building licenses in the Palestinian Territory compared with previous quarter and decrease compared with corresponding quarter 2010
The total number of building licenses issued in the second quarter of 2011 was 2,015.
The total number of building licenses issued in the second quarter of 2011 increased by 14.7% compared with the second quarter of 2010. However, the total number of building licenses issued for the second quarter of 2011 fell by 3.7% compared with the first quarter of 2011.
The area of licensed buildings (residential and non-residential) totaled 867.3 thousand m2 of which new buildings made up 716.4 thousand m2 and existing buildings 150.9 thousand m2.
The total number of licensed dwellings was 3,718, of which 2,972 were new units with a total area of 525.7 thousand m2 and 746 were existing dwellings with a total area of 128.0 thousand m2.
The number of new dwellings in the second quarter of 2011 increased by 48.2% compared with the same quarter of 2010. There was also an increase of 8.2% in the number of new dwellings in the second quarter of 2011 compared with the first quarter of the year.
